Mummiform, faience with light green glaze, details in black, wearing a striped duplex wig, adorned with a broad usekh collar, holding agricultural implements in each hand, brick mold over the right shoulder, yoke and water pots over the left shoulder, seed sack centered on the back, and three horizontal bands of hieroglyphic inscriptions interrupted by a single vertical column on the front naming “Ptah-em-May” as the owner.
