This charming ceramic figure depicts a high-status female from the Michoacán region, commonly referred to as a "Pretty Lady." She stands with slightly bent knees and outstretched arms, her form both stylized and expressive. Her face is adorned with large, disc-shaped earspools carved with a lattice motif, a feather-brimmed headdress, and an ornate multi-pendant necklace on her chest, emphasizing her ceremonial significance. All these features are highlighted with red and white pigment.

This type of figure is associated with burial practices in West Mexico and is believed to have served as guardians, companions, or symbols of idealized beauty and status. The meticulous attention to her adornments, particularly the earrings, necklace, and headdress, suggests the importance of costume and identity in the afterlife.
