The cylindrical form with prominent flattened rim, the body tapering to the small base.  Decorated with an inscription applied in black pigment to the exterior that reads: “Men-Maat-Re, loved by Osiris, Lord of Ro-setau”.

Dimensions: Height: 1 3/4 inches (4.4 cm)

Condition: Intact and in excellent condition overall, minor wear and pitting to the glaze and pigment throughout. 

Provenance: Private collection of Florent Dalq (1878 - 1950), Gilly/Charleroi, Belgium (acquired from the Antiquities Service, Cairo in 1923).
