Dieses bezaubernde Bild nutzt die Farbvariationen des feinen zweifarbigen Karneols voll aus. Das Tier ist im Relief dargestellt, sein gedrehter Kopf mit runden Wangen, der eine keilförmige Nase flankiert, ist vollständig rund geformt. Der weiße Kopf bildet einen schönen Kontrast zum liegenden orangefarbenen Körper. Eine solche Reliefskulptur ist für Zentralasien ungewöhnlich: Die einzigen anderen veröffentlichten Beispiele sind ein Fragment einer Specksteintafel aus Margiana mit einem Flachreliefbild eines liegenden Stieres und ein paar kleine Fragmente einer Blumen- und Figurendekoration für ein „Mosaik“, das bei gefunden wurde Dashli Tepe.
