Eine große anthropomorphe Dreibeinschale auf drei konischen Beinen, der Kopf eines Vogels mit hohlen Augen und gebogenem Schnabel an einem Ende und einem abgerundeten Schwanz am anderen, die Außenseite mit dem charakteristischen roten Schlicker aus Westmexiko überzogen. Chupícuaro ist eine späte präklassische archäologische Kultur im mittleren Westen Mexikos. Es war ein bedeutendes Keramikzentrum, das als eines der besten in Mesoamerika anerkannt wurde und vor allem für seine kräftige polychrome Keramik bekannt ist.
