Ein Pithos ist ein sehr großer Behälter, dessen Form deutlich darauf hindeutet, dass er zur Aufbewahrung im Haushalt verwendet wurde. Es befand sich vermutlich in einem der Räume des Hauses oder in einer Ecke des Hofes und diente der Aufbewahrung von Flüssigkeiten oder Trockenstoffen. Dieses große Exemplar weist einen abgerundeten Körper auf, der sich allmählich zu einer kleinen, abgeflachten Basis verjüngt, die vielleicht dazu gedacht ist, im Boden versenkt zu werden. Das eingeschnittene dekorative Ring- und Punktmuster an der Basis des Halses diente zur Identifizierung des Inhalts.

Zustand : Aus großen Fragmenten wieder zusammengesetzt, das Schiff ist insgesamt in gutem Zustand.
