Dieser kleine Krug mit Scheibenfuß, abgerundetem Körper und ausgestelltem Rand mit ausgeprägter Ausgießtülle hat einen einzelnen Henkel zwischen Rand und Schulter. Es diente zur Aufbewahrung parfümierter Öle, vermutlich erotischer oder medizinischer Natur, da am Rand vier Phalloi angebracht sind und weitere sieben um die Schulter des Gefäßes herum angebracht sind. Aus grobkörnigem, hellrotem Stoff gefertigt, sind vor allem im Schulterbereich noch Spuren eines dünnen, rötlich-gelben Slips zu erkennen.

Die Anwesenheit von elf Phalloi gilt als die ultimative und mächtigste Quelle des Schutzes und des Glücks und stellt eine entschlossene Aussage dar, die darauf ausgelegt ist, dem Inhalt des Gefäßes religiöse und heilende Kräfte zu verleihen.
