Hergestellt aus schönem hellgrünem Glas mit einem kugelförmigen Körper, einem nach oben gerichteten hornförmigen Ausguss, einem langen zylindrischen Hals und einem nach außen gewölbten Rand.
Solche Gläser, die im gesamten östlichen Mittelmeerraum verbreitet waren, werden oft als „Babyfütterer“ bezeichnet, obwohl sie auch als Guttus, Askos, Ölflasche, Blaspfeife oder allgemein als Gießgefäß beschrieben wurden. Ihre Verwendung ist nach wie vor ungewiss, aber die Zerbrechlichkeit des Materials macht es unwahrscheinlich, dass sie in Bädern oder bei öffentlichen Anlässen wie Opfergaben verwendet wurden. Ähnlich schwer vorstellbar ist, dass ein Säugling aus einem solchen Gefäß gefüttert werden könnte, es sei denn, es wurde zur Verabreichung von Medikamenten verwendet. Viele halten sie für Flaschen zum Einfüllen von Öl in die Einfüllöffnungen von Terrakotta-Lampen.
