Men-Kheper-Ra-Khmeny war ein Vasallenkönig der 25. Dynastie, und alle Anzeichen deuten darauf hin, dass er in Oberägypten in Hermopolis regierte. Er erscheint mit vollen königlichen Titeln auf einer Plakette im British Museum.
