Fein geformt aus leuchtend blauem Fayence, mit schwarzen Akzenten, stellt dieses Udjat-Augen-Amulett eines der beständigsten Schutzsymbole der altägyptischen Welt dar. Verbunden mit Heilung, Ganzheit und Schutz, wurde das Udjat als persönlicher Talisman nah am Körper getragen, in dem Glauben, Unheil abzuwehren und das Wertvollste zu bewahren.
Die Oberfläche bewahrt eine reiche, leuchtende Glasur, charakteristisch für gut erhaltene Fayence, ein Material, das in der Antike für seine Farbe und Vitalität geschätzt wurde. Die Form bleibt klar und lesbar, wobei das unverwechselbare Auge und die kosmetischen Markierungen deutlich definiert sind.
