Mit zartem Goldfiligran auf der Rückseite umrahmt das Gold fünf runde Granate und fünf kleine türkisfarbene Tränen mit einem offenen Zentrum. Ein wunderschöner Anhänger mit passenden Ohrringen, die auf dem dritten Foto abgebildet und separat verkauft werden.
