Fein geschnitzt aus weißem Speckstein und mit dem Kopf eines Schakals mit langer Schnauze, offenem Mund, eingeschnittenen Augen und großen, seitlich am Kopf abgeflachten Ohren mit eingeschnittenen Details, hinten zur Befestigung durchbohrt. Amulette wie dieses Beispiel stellen Anubis dar, den schakalköpfigen Einbalsamierungsgott, und verhinderten möglicherweise, dass eine Leiche im Reich der Toten verweste, ein Zustand, den jeder Ägypter zu assimilieren hoffte.
