Bestehend aus zweiunddreißig kugeligen und vieleckigen Karneolperlen, deren Größe abgestuft ist, und begleitet von einer sehr feinen fünfeckigen Perle mit einer schwindelerregenden Vielfalt an hellen Karamell-, Creme-, Braun- und Beigetönen und so geformt, dass sie die natürlichen Achatstreifen des Steins hervorheben.
In der Zeit der Achämeniden war die Herstellung von Steinperlen zeitaufwändig, teuer und nur den Wohlhabenden zugänglich. Sie galten als so attraktiv, dass Handwerker schließlich dazu inspiriert wurden, Achatperlen aus Glas als kostengünstigere modische Alternative herzustellen.
