A particularly refined example of Roman tableware, this elegant plate is formed from transparent glass with a soft yellow-green hue that catches the light with quiet warmth. At the center, a slightly raised omphalos anchors the composition, a feature rooted in classical design vocabulary and often associated with both practical and symbolic functions.
