The obverse depicts a very fine winged-helmeted head of  the goddess Roma, the personification of Rome, facing right.  The reverse depicts Victory driving a chariot (biga) being pulled by two horses, with a bird and TOD below the horses and ROMA at the bottom.  The coin has been set into a 14K gold pendant and strung on an 18K gold chain.

Medium:  Silver (AR), gold

Dimensions:  Coin diameter: 3/4 inch (1.9 cm). Strung on an 18K yellow gold chain, adjustable up to 18 inches.

Condition:  Loss to the edge of the coin on the reverse and very small loss to the edge on the obverse.  Otherwise intact and in very good condition.

Provenance:  Private Virginia collection, acquired in the early 2000s
