This impressive weight is expertly carved from cream-colored stone that features white and brown inclusions. Its oval shape has gently sloping walls and a flat base, with biconically drilled suspension holes angled through the top. While these objects are typically seen as functional tools for weighing or serving as counterweights, scholars suggest that they may also have held important ritual or funerary significance, adding to their cultural and historical value.
