Un scarabée en composition à glaçure verte finement sculpté, modelé de manière réaliste avec une tête, un pronotum et des élytres bien définis. La base est gravée de manière nette de deux uraei se faisant face, flanquant un sceptre was central, une combinaison protectrice invoquant l'autorité royale, la vitalité et la protection divine. Le scarabée est monté dans une lunette ovale en or jaune 14 carats avec un bord finement perlé. La tige est un ajout moderne postérieur mais bien exécuté, conçu pour s'intégrer proprement au sertissage d'origine afin que la pièce puisse être portée confortablement aujourd'hui.
