En faïence émaillée bleu pâle, le sceau en forme de pyramide est inscrit sur la face inférieure avec un serpent, et deux signes épelent le mot « éternité » et combinés avec le signe vertical à droite pourraient être wd « commandement », ou combinés avec le serpent. il pourrait s'agir de dd mdw « énoncé ». Lorsqu'on la trouve sur les momies, cette amulette se trouve parfois, à juste titre, sur ou au niveau des doigts ; sinon elle repose sur le torse. Une amulette de sceau, par son existence même, garantissait la survie du nom du défunt. pour toute l'éternité Cet exemple est percé horizontalement pour la fixation.
