L'amphoriskos en verre en forme de noyau avec un corps légèrement arrondi se rétrécissant jusqu'à une petite base en disque, un bord plat évasé avec une lèvre en verre jaune appliquée provenant du col étroit et deux petites poignées appliquées à l'épaule. Le corps est décoré de bandes jaunes prenant en sandwich des zigzags jaunes et bleus sur un fond bleu profond.
