Ce pendentif en or antique était à l'origine une boucle d'oreille et a la forme d'un croissant plat, décoré de fil d'or enroulé sur les côtés et de trois grappes de granules. Deux ont la forme de grappes de raisin, et le groupement central est un anneau de granules avec un au milieu.
Dans tout l'Empire parthe, de nombreux objets, y compris des bijoux, présentaient une iconographie associée à Dionysos, le dieu grec du vin, dont le culte s'est répandu vers l'est après l'invasion d'Alexandre en 330 avant notre ère. Cette influence dionysiaque est évidente dans cet exemple à travers les grappes de raisin, un motif qui remonte au troisième millénaire avant J.-C. Cet exemple est une excellente représentation de la synthèse des éléments grecs et du Proche-Orient qui sont indicatifs de la culture parthe.
