Sculpté dans du feldspath de couleur turquoise, sous la forme de doubles plumes identiques à bouts arrondis, avec une nervure centrale et un fond plat.
Plusieurs dieux, notamment Amon-Rê, portaient des couronnes composites qui comprenaient deux grandes plumes de faucon (chouettes). Le porteur d'une amulette à double plume aurait été imprégné de dignité et de majesté divines. Les amulettes de ce type sont principalement fabriquées à partir de feldspath, de serpentine et de porphyre vert.
