Dome-shaped, this early Sumerian seal features dots drilled into the forms of two quadrupeds facing opposite directions with limbs and tails extended. A suspension hole is drilled through the length of the seal.

Condition: Intact and in excellent condition.

Provenance: Stewart Giles (1951-1993) private collection, acquired in London between 1978 and 1982, then by family descent.
