Depicted in a recumbent pose with large horns curling into its cheeks, a suspension loop through the back, laying on a rectangular plinth with flat, uninscribed base.

Condition: The amulet is intact and in very good condition.
Provenance: Private Maryland collection of a diplomat, acquired while serving in Egypt between 1949 and 1956, and then by descent.
