This elegant pendant features two ancient Egyptian beads: the top bead is a translucent rock crystal, while the bottom bead is a warm orange carnelian. These beads were originally part of a necklace or amulet from the Middle Kingdom. Both beads are skillfully shaped and polished, showcasing the expert craftsmanship of the period. They have been thoughtfully remounted in a modern gold setting, creating a graceful pendant that beautifully highlights the luminous contrast between the two ancient stones.

In ancient Egyptian jewelry, carnelian was linked to the sun and vitality, with its deep orange color symbolizing the life-giving power of Ra. Rock crystal, known for its clear and luminous quality, represented purity and spiritual protection. When paired, these stones conveyed a balance between the warmth of life and the clarity of the divine. This combination expressed a lasting harmony that continues to resonate today.
