This vibrant necklace features a finely carved Chimu-Inca chrysocolla pendant shaped like a stylized standing human figure. The figure is characterized by its oversized rectangular head, slab-like nose, and open mouth, with hands resting on the waist and large feet with incised toes. The pendant is suspended from a modern necklace of spherical, translucent selenite beads interspersed with gold spacers. The smooth white sheen of the selenite contrasts beautifully with the saturated green-blue of the pendant, creating a visually striking composition that connects ancient symbolism with modern presentation.
